Hi there,

Sybase Central and the ASE plug-in in ASE 11.5 do not currently
support Chinese. Apparently 11.5.1 release does support Simplified
Chinese (but I haven't test it myself). Since 11.5.1 is already out,
I think is worth to try to use the Sybase Central and Plug-in comming
with 11.5.1 (that doesn't mean you have to also upgrade your server to
11.5.1).
Let me know how it works for you.

Hi Ana,

Thanks very much.

But Where and how can I get 11.5.1? Does the EBF7830 contain components I need?

Can I use the SQL Server Manager from 11 or Sybase Central from 11.0.2 to
control the 11.5 SQL Server? If so, will I loss any feature?

I break from internet time to time. EBF7830 is a large file. Would you like
send it to my email box. My mail server allows any large file. Thanks again.

My experience, copy scsslgen.dll to scsslgch.dll and copy scssen.hlp to
scssch.hlp. Sybase Central can normal run.
But I have another problem in monitors of ASE 11.5. When I run monitors,
Dr.Watson show jrew.exe error. My enviroment is Windows NT 4.0 Server
Traditional Chinese Edition and JDK 1.1.6, JRE 1.1.6 is installed.
