There is one that should be posted to CodeXchange -
www.codexchange.sybase.com - shortly (I had thought it was already
there, actually). The only information that is really EJB server
specific is the intial context class, and URL. For JBoss the initial
context class is org.jnp.interfaces.NamingContextFactory and the URL
for the default server is jnp://localhost:1099. So your connection
would go something like:

String ls_props
g_EJBConn = CREATE EJBConnection

ls_props[1] =
"javax.naming.Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY=org.jnp.interfaces.NamingContextFactory
"
ls_props[2] =
"javax.naming.Context.PROVIDER_URL=jnp://localhost:1099" + DEFAULT_URL
ls_props[3] = "javax.naming.Context.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL="
ls_props[4] = "javax.naming.Context.SECURITY_CREDENTIALS="

// connect to EJB server
g_EJBConn.connectToServer(ls_props)

If you require a login in your configuration, supply the user id and
password in the SECURITY_PRINCIPAL and SECURITY_CREDENTIALS property.

You'll also need make sure the JBoss client classes are in your SYSTEM
classpath or supplied as the classpath argument to the CreateJavaVM
method in PowerBuilder. For a simple 'hello world' example, I'm
finding the following are required:

jboss-client.jar
jboss-common-client.jar
jboss-j2ee.jar
jbosssx-client.jar
jnet.jar
jnp-client.jar
log4j.jar
