I am in need of a way to have a VB app and a PB app exchange data.
The requirement is that either side must be able to respond to an
unsolicited message from the other side, i.e. the interface must
have the ability to "sholder tap" either side. Is that possible with
COM? If not, any suggestions? The one major constraint is that it

DDE is a possibility, COM is a possibility, or for simple comms, check out
the RegisterWindowsMessage() API call.
