>>I want to ask how can i resize the response window in PB8.0?
<<

I've seen this question quite a few times now and I just have to ask: What
is the reason you need to resize a response window? Maybe I'm just missing
something (some hair? my mind?), but I just can't think of a useful
application of this. So, seriously, if you wouldn't mind responding with
how you are going to use this feature.

Thanks,

steve

Just an example -- _all_ of the property dialogs in PowerDesigner 9.0+ are
resizeable.

Steve, the answer is simple, strain your memory a bit to PB 6.5 - display
ancestor script dialog.
Anyhow, this is a FAQ (for which I provided a solution about 3.5 years
ago):

sometimes, the response window displays a list, and it is use ful to be able
to resize the response to see more data.
Like in PowerDesigner.

Fox;

"Response" Windows are never resizeable. What I do is use a "Pop-up"
window. In the DeActivate Event, I use the following code ..
Beep (1)
THIS.Post SetFocus ( )

That should keep the user on the PopUp, just like a Response dialog would
do!
