AFAIK, it's not possible to implement skinning in a PB app and still have
any chance of a decent ROI. You would probably do much better to get
Stardock to fix their engine to work with PB apps, then use their DirectSkin
software...

(FWIW, WindowBlinds works on all parts of PB apps except for the title bars
on MDI sheets.)
