Hello, does anyone know of a way that I can mimic highlighting a
treeviewitem without having the user actually click on the treeview?

I'm looking for something like:

treeviewitem ltvi

tv_1.GetItem(ll_handle, ltvi)
ltvi.<something> = TRUE
tv_1.SetItem(ll_handle, ltvi)

The function tv_1.SelectItem(ll_handle) doesn't seem to do the job.

Let me know. Thanks

I use StatePictureIndex along with SelectItem.

I have three pictures Folder Open, Folder Close, and a right pointing arrow.
When the right pointing arrow is for the current item, but only when the TV
control does not have focus, ie I am scrolling in the datawindow and the
items are changing in the treeview.

Most likely ll_handle is not valid. SelectItem DOES highlight the item.
