Hey Y'all:

I was wondering if anyone has come across this. I'm finding my complex
queries (using decode for instance), when the data displays, the data is
there but it looks like PB is putting the wrong names in the header and for
some of the fields. I think it has something to do with the extended
attributes.. Our attributes are still there (I'm in the 9 and the others are
in 8). I thought if PB didn't find attributes for a field (like what the
column header should be), it would just use the field name..It's doing some
really weird stuff. On some the field name is right but it's associated with
the wrong table.

I think it's PB because I took the exact same sql and ran it through TOAD
and sqlplus and the names are coming out right.

I also reran them in PB8 and it WORKS..I'm not sure how to show this to tech
support. We've got so many oracle tables that if they wanted 'a small app'
sample I'd be like "you gotta be kidding"

It's happening for sure in DB Painter and when I used the same sql when
creating a datawindow. The data itself looks right but I'm concern what
other effects this 'feature' may cause.

Thanks
