Unfortunately, that's not all there is to it. The workspace (.pbw) can
indeed simply be renamed. But it contains a list of the targets (.pbt). You
can rename the .pbt file, but you should also edit the .pbw to reflect the
new name. (.pbw and .pbt files are just text files.) The .pbt contains a
list of libraries (.pbl). So if you rename the .pbl, you should edit the
.pbt.
