Hi,

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to prevent PowerBuilder from
scaling a word document on an OLE control ?!?
I would like PB to show my document in it's original size and give the
user the option of using scrollbars to view the document.

Thanks in advance...

If you are using WordPad (not Microsoft Word), then it really depends on the
format you use.

If you save as txt, you will be able to get the text by just reading the
file. (but there will not have any formatting..), and put it into multiline
edit or RTF

but if you format your docs, and save it to rtf, then you will need to use
PB RTF (RichTextFile) control.

The user will be able to scroll through the entire RTF document.

HTH
