I am writing a Java program and wish to retrieve the result set from
Sybase database. This uses the COMPUTE clause in the SQL from within a
Sybase procedure. However I get the following error:

Exception in SQLStoredProcedure.TEST
java.sql.SQLException: JZ0P9: A COMPUTE BY query has been detected. That
type of
result is unsupported and has been cancelled.
at com.sybase.jdbc.ErrorMessage.raiseError(ErrorMessage.java)
at com.sybase.jdbc.ErrorMessage.raiseError(ErrorMessage.java)
at com.sybase.tds.Tds.nextResult(Compiled Code)
at com.sybase.tds.TdsResultSet.nextResult(Compiled Code)
at com.sybase.tds.TdsResultSet.next(Compiled Code)
at com.sybase.jdbc.SybResultSet.next(SybResultSet.java)
at GCAS_SQLQuery.SQLStoredProcedure(Compiled Code)
at GCAS_SQLQuery.main(GCAS_SQLQuery.java:114)

I had to use this in order to present on the browser a report which
requires the subtotals to be presented.

Please Help.

Thanks

I will be logging a feature request for this. But the question that
rises is
how should you process the ResultSets from Compute?
