Hello all

I have a ct that applied EBF 8702 which is a one-off to solve bug CR

03:00000:00000:1999/11/16 01:54:08.69 kernel Abnormal exit detected -
SQL Server process level execution bindings will be cleared on startup.

But the customer is getting similar stackstrace, without Abnormal exit
though.

info from customer
We have now experienced a drop out of the server process with no
shutdown. We had been experiencing the same problem with our 11.0.3.3

outcome could be found.
As you will see from the errorlog there is no shutdown message.
