All

I have seen a few postings for this problem, but none seem to offer a solid
solution.

I am attempting to update an image field on MS/SQL Server 2000 database
using PB7.0.2 on Windows 2000. For blobs over 32K(roughly), the updateblob
statement errors with a function sequence error. Using the profiler tool,
it appears to be setting the text size correctly before attempting to
update, but it still fails.

TIA for any help

(I have already posted this in the database forum, but have yet to receive a
response)

What's the exact error message you're getting? Might give someone a
hint. Any other details could help too.

I'm connecting to the MS/SQL Server 2000 database via ODBC with PB7.0.2 and
the error code is S1010 with error text of "Function Sequence Error".

I'm not familiar with the driver, but have you got a DBParm for the
driver to work asynchronously?
