Hello,
I'm getting "dstartio: I/O request repeatedly delayed" messages in NT
event viewer log. Those messages come from sybase error log and
are produced there in rate - a few of them per second.
What is that and how to stop it?
I use 11.0.3 on NT4.

Thanks
Alex

You shoudl increase the Sybase configuration parameter "number of disk
i/o structures" (through the sp_configure procedure). The messages
indicate that you don't have enough of these. By default, it's set to
256, in which case I recommend you double it.

HTH,

Rob
