I am at version 12.0. I must "downgrade" to version 11.9.2. Any advice?

You cannot use database dumps, as they are not downward compatible
(i.e. 12.0 dumps cannot be loaded into an 11.9. server) You therefore
have 2 options: 1. use BCP to migrate all table data; 2. use CIS to
tranfer the data back from the 12.0 server to the 11.9.2 server.
Out of curiosity: what problem makes you need to downgrade ?
