This means either the username is wrong, or the notes id file you are using
doesn't not have sufficient rights to that user.

Hi Rick

when I test the authentication with this username in the mail anywhere
administration the test is succefully.
the id file has sufficient rights to that user because in Notes the id file
has rights to open his database.
I have a question: when i start the connect service in debug mode I don´t
have this problem with this username. why is happenig here?

thanks

I have learned that you have an open case, Case Number: 10944843 with Antonieta already.

Please do not cause several people to work on one case at the same time - it is a waste of resources.
