PPB doesn't allow you to drag visual objects from the System Tree and drop
them on a window or visual userobject. You also can't drag non-visual
userobects from the System Tree to the Non-Visual Object List view.

Regular PB allows this.

What is the story on this?

I'd also like to know why Source Code Control is not part of the IDE.

a) the dragging in the IDE is being looked into.
We did not purposely take it out...
You're not the first person to notice...

b) Source control is not part of the 1.0 IDE for two reasons.
b1) lot of work (a lotttttt of work)
b2) we're waiting for the PB-10 SCCS to
be ready to integrate.
