This could be done with an instance variable but it would be
nice to have a GetSIPState to determine the state of the SIP
to avoid resetting it. If its already open the SetSIPUp!
reopens it. I would like to avoid that if its already open.

Good idea,
I just added "boolean isSIPVisible()" (rebuilding now...)
to go with the other SIP functions (we already added):

integer SetSIPType(SIPIMType eType)
SIPIMType GetSIPType()
SetSIPPreferredState(long lhwnd, SIPState eState)

// **** new with 1.0.1 ****
integer GetSIPRect(ref long left, ref long top,
ref long right, ref long bottom)
integer GetDeskRect(ref long left, ref long top,
ref long right, ref long bottom)

And the new SIP events:
PBM_SIPUP and PBM_SIPDOWN
