It would be nice if there was a conference concentrating on
mobil development using PB. That is the real power of PPB
tying all those legacy apps to mobile devices now. I am
sure you guys could put together something.

Yes, I signed up for the 8/21 seminar, but I am referring to
one more concentrated on working with PB exclusively.

Can you provide me with a couple examples of what you would like to see?
Something regarding how to port PB code to PPB for mobile applications? or
more along the lines of how you can create mobile labtop applications with
PowerBuilder itself?

PPB is a great product and anyone with PB experience can
utilize PPB right away. I suppose for PB developers with no
mobile experience a session that concentrates on the
synchronization is what I am referring to especialy the sync
events and examples of what to do in scripts for different
situations.

Also cover the objects that are generated in the
synchronization wizard. Which options you need for what
purposes. I know this is covered somewhat in Chapter 16 of
the PPB OLB but I think it would be much clearer seen in a
presentation rather than hunting around in the
documentation. Especially from start to finish.

I suppose a seminar to jump start PPB development and what
is really new to PB developers is the communication between
databases.

I agree with you 100%. I gave a session that covered this at Techwave...I
will look into doing a Web Seminar to cover the content as well.
