I dont know if this is a setting in PPC but it would be cool
if you could deploy an app where the horizontal axis of the
app window aligns with the longest axis on a PPC device so
your app has dimensional ratio similar to a regular screen.
In other words you would hold the PPC device sideways to see
your screen.

I have seen PPC browsers like that, is it possible with a
windows app???

Just curious

I was waiting for somebody to ask!!!!!!!
A feature I requested (and since I'm the boss.... well you know).

In the system options there is a "Landscape" mode....
That tells the IDE to reorient all the windows to that format.
(It is typically set to "portrait mode"...)
You can even set a custom default size (even though that
is technically against the PPC rules, but heh...)

Now - telling your PPC is a different story.
For my IPAQ I paid money (like $9) for a driver which rotates the
screen (from "JimmySoft" or some place like that).
For the Toshiba I hear this is a registry setting.
