We are using Zebra Cameo 3 (Bluetooth) barcode printer with our application.
The Printer expects label formatting commands to be sent thru Com Port (In
case of BlueTooth use COM8:) in an ANSI formatted file. The label printing
commands are very easy to understand and are supplied on a programmers
manual with the printer.

Typical Example of a Label ANSI File

! 0 200 200 839 1 // Sets the Resolution andSize of
Label
CONTRAST 0 // Sets Print Contrast
TONE 0 // Sets Ink Tone
SPEED 3 // Sets Print Speed
COUNTRY USA // Sets Language Selection
T 4 0 14 30 Part ABC123 // Prints text "Part ABC123" (4 0 14 30 =
Font Size X Y )
B 128 2 0 75 14 110 ABC123 // Prints Barcode "ABC123" (128 2 0 75 14 110
= BarcodeType Width Ration Height X Y)
BOX 0 10 520 230 1 // Draws a Box Around Text and Barcode
PRINT // Instructs Printer toPrint

We are busy developing on Mobile Inspection and the Symbol
8146 device and the Zebra QL320 devices. The hardware
devices will be talking through a 802.11 ad hoc mode, this
connection we have established. But in order to open the
port on the printer to print we need to try and use active x
controls, that zebra have supplied us. We are getting a
java script error from Mobile Inspection saying the active x
control does not exsist. Can anyone give us an insight in
how to get mobile inspection to print on the Zebra Printers.

Thanks
Caroline
