Hi,

I have a problem with an ipaq H2210 with pocket pc 2003.
When I try to sync with the xtnd connectserver through desktop connecter on
the pc, I get adressbook and contacts synced, but it reports an error
regarding thei nbox, and nothing is transferred. The error just says:
"Unable to sync record."

We have several Ipaq?s with pocket pc 2002, and there is no problem.
I use the same account that works on one of the other Ipaq?s, but no luck.

I have tried to hard reset the ipaq, and reinstalling the connect software
on it, nothing works.

Do anyone have an idea what is wrong ?

Hi Thomas

There are a few problems with the H2210 iPaq and it isn't supported at the
moment. Wait till a new client is available who fix the h2210 problem.

I had exactly the same as I tried it with a H2210, I received always the
error "Error occured Sync abort".

Which version are you on?

You have to be on 3.61 or 4.0 in order for it to work on PPC 2003...
