Don't apologize as this is not such a simple question. These are read-only
properties in the form that you are viewing them. Some are user configurable
while others are strictly under the control of the database. ConnCount is
not configurable. It is the number of connections that the database
currently has. It value changes as connections and disconnections occur.

If you are trying to change the number of licenses for a database server,
you will want to use DBLIC command line utility. It manages the licensing of
the server. It settings are reflected in the server-level properties
LicenseCount, LicensedCompany, LicensedUser and LicenseType. You can query
those properties using select property ( 'xxx' ) where xxx represents the
property of interest. Again, these properties

Thanks Chris I released after posting this message that this is read-only
field. I do agree on that.

I want to know what is the max ConnCount for ASA 9.0 Developer Edition
(which I have downloaded for FREE). I am surprised that how so fast my
connections are exceeding the limit when I run my Application. I using
ADO.NET and am carefully closing the connection and Disposing it too when
its in no use. Is there database tuning for this somewhere that I am not
aware or do I need to carefully check my middle tier again for connections.

Thanks again

The DEFAULT is 3 client users. For development purposes, this can
easily be changed using DBLIC.
