My application is one window with a text object that
says "Hello World". After deploying the app. to a
2002 emulator, I go to run the app. on the emulator, see the application
icon where it's supposed to be, click on it, and get an error "Load Error",
"LoadLibrary failed for VMCE". Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks, Tom K.

Looks like the PocketBuilder support DLLs were not installed
on the emulator.
Or - the emulator was shut down and you did not specify
the (not obvious) "Save Emulator State" vs. "Shut Down Emulator" (or
whatever it says).
Anyways - just re-install the PPB package to the emulator -
easy peasy....
Method A)
- start menu
- PocketBuilder selection
- "WinCE" setup entry
Method B)
- run the "CE File Viewer", connect to the emulator
- copy "Pocket PowerBuilder.x86.CAB"
- click the CAB in the emulator and it installs itself

Reed,
Thank you for your response.
I tried running Start | Programs | Sybase | Pocket PowerBuilder 1.0 | WinCE
Setup and got an alert
box: Error: "Unable to find Application Manager for PocketPC Applications".
I then checked my system path to see if the directory where WinCE Setup.exe
is located and its in the path.
So I'm not sure why I can't run it.
Then I couldn't find the program CE File Viewer to run it.
So that's where I'm at now.
I'm going to re-read my install docs to see if I messed up in the install
process.
Thanks,
Tom Karslake

Dear Reed,
Thank you!
I followed your instructions (after reading the install guide again!) and it
now works!
I am so excited.
My faith is restored!
