When I'm in Pocket PowerBuilder 1.0 Build 212,
I run the Database Profiles toolbar menu option
and then run the Create ASA Database utility.
After supplying a Database Name in the Create
Adaptive Server Anywhere Database dialog box,
I click OK and get the error: "Pocket PowerBuilder,
SQLSTATE=08003, [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Connection not open"

Does anyone know how to get around this error?
Thanks,
Tom Karslake

Tom;

Works perfectly for me. I am using ASA release 8.0.2.4251 that came with PB
1.0.1 (build 212) on W2K O/S.

regards ... Chris

Chris,
Thanks for replying.
Yes, I'm using the same ASA version you have.
I think I'm past this problem now. I may have
double-clicked on the dbeng8 icon directly and
got it to work, I don't remember.
Thanks,
Tom
