Does anyone have any experiences in running Sybase Anywhere 5.05.02 on a
Windows 2003 Server?

I've tried on NT4 Server and Win2K Server without problems...

We (i.e. the makers of the product) has no experience running v5502 on
Windows 2003 server. The earliest version of ASA that is officially
supported on Windows 2003 Server is v704.

Having said that, v5502 wasn't officially supported on Win2K either. You
would have had some problems connecting if the engine was running as a
service, and these problems were addressed in a v5505 EBF, but just because
we don't support it, doesn't mean it doesn't work.
