I have a problem printing from a datawindow to a Xerox machine. Tha PB
application send approx. 400 copies of this datawindow to the print queue to
print out on a Xerox machine. After about 100 or pages the Xerox machine goes
into test mode and resets itself leaving a paper jam in it. The Xerox machine
give a communication error message. The PowerBuilder application freezes up
also. Xerox has come by and updated the software for the machine and can't seem
to find the problem on their end. They are blaming it on my PowerBuilder
application. Has anyone out there heard of this problem or have had a similar
problem? Does anyone have any ideas as to where to even begin looking for this
problem?

Interesting... a hardward problem being blamed on software.... Lets look at
the players... Xerox hardware, Xerox printer driver, application...

Can you simulate a similar load without involving the powerbuilder
application? For example, can you print 400 copies of a document similar in
size and layout? (Albeit an awful waste of trees to diagnose a problem)
