Hi.
We have a problem sharing Tables.
We have mounted a remote folder where the tables are (*.dbf), and in the
connection, AdsServerTypes we use stADS_LOCAL. But, when a table is opened,
no other application can open the same table. In the table, we use
Compatible Lock Type.
So, have we to use a remote Server type in order to share the table?.
Thanks.

You don't have to use remote server to share the table.

Are you using Linux and Windows? If so see the "Lock Offset
Configuration" section of the help file. Otherwise post more details
like what operating system the server is, if you're using samba, what
operating system the client is, etc.

Verify you're not opening the table exclusive on accident.
