ASA 6 .0.3 is not supported on Win2003 (nor is it for Win2k or WinXP).
Win2003 supported starts in ASA7.0.04 and ASA 8.0.2 (with an EBF).

There were issues that had to be addressed to make ASA 8 work with Win2003
so it would not be unexpected to see problems with ASA 6.0.3 whose
development stopped long before Win2003.

So are you seeing problems with 6.0.3 running on 2003 or are you seeing
problems with 8.0.2?
Or are you no longer seeing any problems?
