Does anyone can confirm me that because IPSec protocol
concerns the IP layer, dbserv8 (and dbeng8 too) is not
affected by use of IPSec protocol ?

It looks like this should be invisible to ASA.

The only issue that we can think of is that UDP packets will likely not
be passed through the IPSec tunnel, and therefore the lookup service
will not work and the user would need to do the typical
host=?;broadcast=no, etc.
