HI there,
Dis Sybase in last version has a option to recover a single table from a
backup took for the whole db ?
I found DB2 UDB has this option and is very nice and usefull ,in
Sybase most of the time when I nedd to recover few tables from a
previous backup I have to rebuild a copy of the whole db somewhere else
and bcp-out/ bcp- in data for the table I need.
Any good tips for a nice solution for the table recovery?

object-level recovery is not currently an ASE feature. There is
a third-party tool, SQL BACKTRACK, which does provide object-level
recovery from dumps taken from ASE databases in their dump format.

object-level recovery is being looked at for future versions of
ASE under CR 298099.
