I have a database server ("WIP") with two databases the
first database is ref.db the second database is workit.db

The ref db has master reference table that I what to use to
update tables in the workit db.

How can I submit a query to the database server "WIP" that
can access tables from both databases.

Eg.

SELECT REF.DBA_age.age_code, WORKIT.DBA_age1.age_code,
WORKIT.DBA_age1.age_grp_code
FROM REF.DBA_age INNER JOIN WORKIT.DBA_age1 ON
REF.DBA_age.age_code = WORKIT.DBA_age1.age_code;

This can be achieved using Remote Servers and proxy tables.
