100% CPU Used from Dbeng7.exe when try to get 2 connection to the database!

Hello ,

I am synchronising a Database Version 7.0.1.1224 , when i start an
Application that use this Database connecting throw ODBC i get a 100 % CPU
use!

need help ....

I am getting this 100 % CPU use just when i try to make the second connecten
to already updated database from Version 7.0.0 to 7.0.1 !!!
otherways it works normally !!

any Idea !

Problem solved !
it was a defirant connectionname that tryied to start a database with other
Instance that allready started!
