After applying EBF our appllication cant connect to the database anymore. Is
the a sollution / workaround to it ?

The module rtl60.bpl doesn't sound like a SQL Anywhere component. Does the
Dr. Watson log point to a SLQ Anywhere component?

It only happens when using the EBF 4372. Version 4361 doesnt give this
error.

Based on that snippet from the Dr. Watson log it does not appear that ASA is
involved in the crash.
