hi!
everyone!

i have wrote a session bean by java language.i want to
invoke it by pb 9.0,but the return value of the session bean
is ResultSet type of java language,i will how to accept it
by pb 9.0????

java.sql.ResultSet isn't serializable you you can't marshall it back
and forth from PowerBuilder (or a Java client for that matter).
That's one reason there is a ResultSet type in PowerBuilder which is a
serializable type written by Sybase specifically for use with
EAServer, but they are distributed openly. You could try using those
classes (I think they are on CodeXchange) within your implemenation.
Otherwise, you will need to convert your ResultSet into some
serializable format.

Sorry, I really don't have one at this point. I started something
along these lines a while ago, but ran into the problem that with PB9
GA, only methods and not public class variables were exposed in the
proxies. Since the TabularResults.ResultSet uses public class
variables, I had to wait until 9.0.1 and I haven't revisited it since.
