Hi,

We are having a problem when deploying ASA9 for Windows CE
to our Symbol Pocket PC 2002 devices - the file dboledb9.dll
is not being registered properly.

The file is definitely being copied to the \Windows
directory on the device as part of the install, and we are
able to register the dll manually using regsrvce.exe.

We have tried rebuilding the CAB files with various PCs, and
also tried the installation on different handheld devices,
but with the same results.

This problem has only come up since we upgraded to version
9.0.1 of SQL Anywhere Studio - is the problem a known bug?

Thanks,

Chris Wood

Not until you posted it.

This is fixed in the following EBF:
9.0.1.1843

You can get it when an EBF is posted with at least that build #. We
regularly post EBFs but the timing fluctuates.
