I have heard there is a ListView Control offered by AvantGo
that speeds up the process of dynamically loading a table of
data using the DOM.

Are there any examples or tutorials that show how to
integrate the listview control rather than dynamically
building an HTML table using the DOM? This has become
increasingly important as the applicaton I'm working on will
include more data and broader search criteria.

The ListView control is included with the 5.5 version, which
was released yesterday. I am checking on where the
documentation can be found, and I will post that information
as soon as I find it. We are also documenting and including
the date/time widget for a more friendly date/time input
interface.

Matthew,

I can get you a copy of the beta Developer's Guide for 5.5.
It includes a chapter on plug-ins that covers the List
Viewer and the Date/Time picker, among others. With whom
have you worked from AvantGo/iAnywhere in the past? You can
send your contact info to me at chris.grim@ianywhere.com,
but I would like to make sure that your contacts are kept in
the loop as well.

Thanks,

Chris...

If it is important to you, the 5.5 documentation already appears
on the developer site at

http://www.ianywhere.com/developer/product_manuals/mbusiness_anywhere/index.html

and that currently includes the 5.5 developer guide.
