I'm installing Manage Anywhere on Windows Server 2003. I
have enabled ASP and maext in IIS. However, I'm unable to
setup the agent to run on a Tablet PC running Windows XP. It
keep getting unable to connect to relay server.

I notice that I can ping the command server on the command
prompt. However, the agent is unable to access the command
server when I tried to test the server connection within the
agent.

During the installation of Manage Anywhere, it prompt for
the starting location of the active directory because the
Windows Server 2003 is a domain controller with active
directory installed. What should I enter for the starting
location? I entered the domain and it shows me the top level
tree of the domain. What should be the correct level to use?

Please advise. Thank you.

On the Win2K3 server have you enabled read permissions on the MA2000 virtual
directory? How did you deploy the Agent? From the Architecture view in the
Admin Console can you right click on the Primary Command Server and choose
"Ping Server"? Does this test succeed?
