Hi,

I have a problem with Domino authentification on my Pylon Anywhere server.
When I restart the Pylon Anywhere service the authenfication function again
for a moment and I can sync my palm or connect to the user web page. After a
moment a cannot sync my palm and the user's web page is no more accessible
because the password is not accepted. On the server I can see in the log the
following message "Authentification for <username> failed". The verbose log
option doesn't give me more info. Our server software versions are the
following:

Lotus Notes Server:
OS: Windows Server 2003
Domino: 6.5

Pylon Anywhere Server:
OS: Windows Server 2003
Pylon Anywhere: 5.4.2

Any idea ?

Thank you.

Julien:

When you set up your Domino authentication source, did you specify to
validate against the Domino HTTP password, or against the User's ID file? Is
the afffected user a roaming profile user?

Please feel free to zip up the log files in the Pylon Anywhere\log directory
and send them to me via email. I can have a look through them and see if I
can find any more details on this.

Best regards,

Matt..
