I'm having a problem with a couple triggers (AFTER UPDATE and AFTER DELETE)
firing twice in a row...which is messing up some calculations. I've been
able to reproduce this outside of my application (in the ARC query tool).

Does anyone know if this is a known issue?

I'm using triggers in ADS LogManager quite extensively and I've never
experienced your described behaviour so far. I'm using SQL script
based triggers exclusively though. I'm sure, if you have a reproduceable
test case, Extended Systems is all ears.

There is one know bug in 7.0 that causes a trigger to fire twice. Is an
RI cascade operation happening? If so, that bug is fixed in 7.1
