Synching OneBridge 4.1 to Exchange 2000.
After installing OneBridge 4.1 on an Audiovox Falcon, I have now twice come
across the issue where OneBridge isn't prompting to delete all the stores on
the device. As a result, after the synch, there are duplicates on the
device. However, any subsequent synching does not deuplicate on Exchange. I
suspect that this is because this is some sort of "flag" or something that
basically does not recognise that there are other entries in the stores.
Has anyone come across this issue?

Yes I've seen this before.
I'm not sure what triggers this and I am still investigating.
We first see another error then when we try to resolve this with an initial
sync we see the error you described.
For some reason some records are duplicated, Then when we request an initial
sync (from the device), We get the question "do you want to remove all
records" anwser with yes.
Sometimes the result is that the "old" are still on the PDA (both the
original and duplicated) AND offcourse allways all records from the server
again (So we have all records double and some triple)
We also see that the records are not duplicated on the Server side.
I feel that it might be caused by a flaw in the programming part that
accesses the databases on the PocketPC.
We see this behaviour at single customer on every user using iPAQ's 5550.
The iPAQ's 2210 of the same customer show no problems.
