Hello,

we would like both our web and avantgo versions of an
application to authenticate to the MBusiness server
database. To do this, I need the ODBC driver for the
version of SQL Anywhere that is running beneath MBUsiness
server 5.5.

We have performed this type of integration in the past with
the mysql database, but version 5.5 has replaced mysql with
SQL Anywhere. Any help with a windows ODBC driver would be
great.

Thanks

When you install mBus, it installs SQL Anywhere Studio 8.0.2.
Part of the Studio is the database, ASA.
That includes the ASA ODBC client.

To get the ODBC driver on a different machine, you will have to run the
SQL Anywhere Studio install, and install at least the ASA client.

Further you may not need ODBC since ASA on MBiz Anywhere
comes with the dbisql utility.
