Is there anything that I must do for the relay server in
Manage Anywhere 5.2 so that I can use Norton Ghost to clone
multiple machines? I have followed the guideline to
configure the agents and it works. But I discovered that
there is always one relay server appearing in the
architecture. The moment I delete one relay server, another
relay server will pop in. But this does not appear for those
machines with agents only. Please advise me.

Your Relay Server and client machines both carry nodeids which would be
stored in the machine registry.

The best suggestion I can give is, stop getting into the habit of templating
Relay Servers, but if you have to do so, make an image only after shutting
down all Manage Anywhere services, then remove the nodeid entry in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mobile Automation\3.0

and change the Manage Anywhere service types to manual.

When you deploy an image, rename the machine, then only after that, change
the services to start automatically, and reboot a second time to let the
Relay Server run and get registered.
