After starting common installer the first screen asks for a CD key. I
cannot find any place that mentions how to get the CD key. Since none of
the installation documents mention it I am assuming that I have done
something wrong.

I registered then downloaded the three zip files and unzipped them to a
common folder. I unzipped datawindow.NET.zip first then unzipped the other
two into the folders created by the first extract.

Any ideas either how to get CD key or do the install differently so it
doesn't ask for it?

I've copied the key from the website, but every time I try
to use it I get an "Invalid Product Key Entered" error. Any
ideas?

Thanks

Make sure you aren't copying over any of the surrounding HTML code
when you do the copy.
