What build are you using of DataWindow.NET? I know that we had some
late changes regarding serializing the blob classes. When I look in
Object Manager for the GA build (4510), I see a default constructor
for the Blob() class, although granted not for the DataWindowFullState
class - which extends Blob. I'm not sure whether or not that's
sufficient. If you are using the eval copy though, it's quite
possible this wouldn't work.

We are planning on adding a public constructor in version 1.5. Can you
describe what you are trying to accomplish here? I don't think the
FullState could be used by anything other than a DataWindow control or
a Datastore.

It is just a pilot at the moment but the idea is to have a WinForm client
with a dwControl that get the data from a web service, I could use .net
remoting but we have some problems with the clients connection to our
intranet (firewalls and stuff).

Can you inherit the class and add your own default constructor?
