Does the Transaction object (or the AdoTransaction) use the .net connection

Transaction object does not, AdoTransaction does to the extent that
the underlying IDbConnection does. Think of AdoTransaction as an
interface layer between and ADO.NET connection and the DataWindow,
it's not true implementation of a transaction itself.
