Outgoing mail (outbox) from device to Lotus Notes 6.5.2 server

We are able to successfully sync Treo 600s, Windows CE, and Sony P800/900
devices with OneBridge to our Lotus Notes 6.5.2 servers.

The only problem we see on all devices is that the outbound emails from the
devices are never transferred to the server mailbox for processing. The
emails do show up in the user mail files on the server in the Sent folder.

I checked the Lotus Notes Adapter and Outbox is enabled and is set to sync
with the devices. Each sync where a user tries to send an outbound message
does show the attempt as a sync error, so I know it is trying.

what access does the primary ID file have on the account you are trying to
sync?
Seen this happen with another customer. They had primary ID file with Author
access, but once they made it manager access, it started working.
