Hi,

I have a Nokia 5140 (and a 6230). On the organizer menus, I can find some
settings for synchronizing the phone with a SyncML server. We use the
iAnywhere server (Pylon ANywhere), and it works great for Windows Mobile
devices, Symbian devices like Ericsson P800/900. Now I have trid to setup
the Nokia phone(s), but everytime I get the message that syncing failed.
On the serveraddress I have put http://my.pylonserver.com On the addresses
for calendar, contacts etc. I don't know what to put. I have tried just
calendar etc. but nothing works. The Web-interface doesn't say much about
this except that the "path" should be calendar for calendar items.

Has anyone managed to set it up ? If so, I will be very happy to have some
input.

rgs.

What is the exact error message you are seeing? Are you the administrator of
your server? If so, there may be some more information in the log files.
Also verify that http://my.pylonserver.com is available from outside the
firewall, and that you don't have any typos in your servername, urername or
password values.

Try with the following syncML path :
http://youpylonserverfqdn/syncml.asp

You should find this infos in the account setup by selecting
Syncml device.
