how to dump a SYBASE database (11.0.3) on the local
filesystem on solaris 6 which is around 19GB of size? I
tried striping it because of the 2GB limit but getting a
syntax error if i try to create 9 stripes. If i try with six
stripes then the command is executing but ending with errors
(could be because of 2gb limit). Is there any way to
overcome this issue? Please note that i would like to dump
the database on the file system itself.

Your early response will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
