Hello,

the syncML process on a sonyericsson Z600 hang even in the latest firmware
(R6C005).

The Pylon is also in the latest release : 5.5.3.

There isn't any infos in the Pylon MMC user activity. Only SyncML starting.

Does somebody have any idee where I could search which event is crashing the
z600 ? Is there any more detailed logs giving infos about the event stand ?

Thanks

Fred

Frederic:

You can enable verbose logging for the Pylon Anywhere component that handles
SyncML by doing the following:

1. From a web browser on the Pylon Anywhere server, browse to
http://localhost/diag
2. Beside 'Darskstar Logging', click Verbose
3. Have the device try to sync.
4. Turn off Verbose logging

Verbose logs will be created in the Pylon Anywhere\log directory. Zip up
the log files that were updated, and feel free to email them to me at
mteskey@ianywhere.com. I can then have a look to see if this verbose
logging gave any more details on the error. The log file that should have
the most information is the Mobile_Gateway_<date>.log.

Matt..

Hello Matt,

I've started the debugging as you suggested.

I will send you directly the log trace of the pylon server as well as the
scenario we've used.

regards

Frederic
