Hi Binita,

Usually for working around OLE Control or Blob data type, Appeon engineer
packages the logics related with the OLE Control or Blob data type into a
PowerBuilder NVO and deploys the NVO to the server side. There is a limitation
with the OLE Control though, i.e. if the function that uses OLE control has
interaction with Client, there is no easy way to get it working. Appeon 2.8
provides more enhanced support for OLE object, and Appeon engineers are
researching and will support OLE control soon.

Section 2.8.3 in Appeon Migration Guide provides instructions on how to move
features into N-Tier NVOs.

The above are general instructions for working around the features that may not
applicable to your case. Please describe more clearly how the OLE control and
Blob are used in your application, we will try our test to offer you help that
meets your requirements.

Best regards,
Julie Jiang
